How to Reach:


Stay

  • Stay at Fort Kochi. it will be less crowded and You will get feel of being in Europe Country. Namaste home stay where I stayed.
  • Near by Ernakulam bus station
  • Zostel, Gostops, XHostel - If you are a solo Traveller or need budget friendly hostel
  • Wonderla also offering dormitory. You can also opt for it. Check contact details at this end of the Blog.


How to Enjoy at Wonderla

  • Reach wonderla around 10 or 10.30 pm.
  • Get a locker and keep all your items there. they charge 300 rupees per locker and they will return 100 while u return they locker key
  • Bring nylon or clothes allowed for water rides.
  • Bring water proof pouch for mobile, if you wanted to take pics
  • Download and have wonderla site map with you, it will be helpful to easily navigate between rides.
  • First go for high thrill rides/ land rides. Don't go to water ride first as some of the land ride wont allow wet dress
  • Buy Wonderla fast track, if you are visiting on peak holiday time or weekend. It will be great help in breaking line's which saves more time
  • Plan to complete land rides by 2 pm and then move to water rides.
  • Try to complete all water rides by 4 pm
  • Finish your wonderla trip by going to wave pool at 4pm and followed by Rain disco.
  • There are some additional movie(adventure of chikku), 3D rides(3D roller coaster). You can plan this after 5 pm.

Personal tips:

  • Create a google sheet to track your budget and actual expenses . It can also be shared with all people with whom you are traveling.
  • Create the travel checklist in google sheet not to forget the things required
  • Plan to visit as early as possible to avoid crowds.
  • Check local holidays of city (Because you may not find much restaurant or travels opened for ex: Holi or Diwali)
  • Try to keep enough buffer between one travel to another travel just to avoiding missing bus,train or flight
  • Note down all emergency number in shared google sheet
  • Create whatsapp group and keep add all important docs, itinerary planning sheet, emergency contact
  • Bargain as much as you can, especially when you buy anything
  • Download offline maps of entire city. It will be helpful , if you lost internet.
  • Bring your own dress for water rider or else you need to pay and get it which will be costly
